Screen Printing
We specialize in high-quality plastisol, waterbased, PMS color matching, and discharge printing. With many different options of garments to choose from, we can accommodate single prints to 10,000+ quantity jobs, from simple one color designs up to tencolor designs.

Four color process printing is a system where a color image is separated into 4 different color values (called a color separation) by the use of filters and screens. This process allows us to create a high color count design and break it down into 4 screens using cyan, yellow, magenta and black. It's a great way to achieve high detail while keeping costs low. This process works best with white or neutral color garments but can be printed on dark garments as well by using a light discharge base screen to allow the color to remain vibrant.

With over 15 years of apparel decoration experience and a whole team of experienced professionals, we can handle your project from start to finish. We'll also get it completed correctly on time every time.

Embroidery is the process of needle and thread. The selected image is stitched many times over to create your design, logo, or pattern on a garment. This is a high touch service that can be used on a variety of substrates that would otherwise be tricky for print.

People often ask “What is the difference between screen printing and custom embroidery ?“ Screen printing is the process of applying ink to a substrate by forcing it through a screen mesh. Embroidery is the process of thread, needle, and sewing to create your image or pattern. Although screen printing offers a crisp and soft feel, it cannot be applied to any and all garments. It is difficult to print on any material that is not a flat surface. So hats, bags, and jackets are generally embroidered.

The cost difference varies and depends on the artwork, sizing, surface and many other factors. So when thinking about which process will be best, remember t-shirts are always optimal for screen printing whereas oddly shaped items, or materials that do not lay flat are typically best for embroidery.
